Yellow Ribbon Program

The actual amount the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Benedictine College contributes to an eligible student varies based upon the beneficiary’s enrollment status, length of service and other factors. The Yellow Ribbon Program provides benefits to eligible students who attend a participating institution on or after Aug. 1, 2009. The Yellow Ribbon Program provides additional tuition assistance for eligible students whose tuition costs exceed the established Post-9/11 GI Bill cap for the specified school year. The VA re-evaluates this cap on a year-to-year basis.
