Dear Friends,
The work of the Center for Service-Learning continues to expand at an exciting pace! Students in service-learning are taking on more ambitious projects; the number and depth of our community partnerships are increasing; more and more faculty seek to research and publish about their own use of community-engaged learning; and new ideas and dreams for service-learning at Benedictine seems to surface every day! What a blessing and responsibility to be asked to foster and guide this growth! Through the current and end-of-semester newsletters, you will learn more about these new developments, as well as service-learning initiatives that already have deep roots in the Benedictine and Atchison community!
