Set up a RavenZone Proxy User

Step 1

Log in to RavenZone at ravenzone.benedictine.edu.

Step 2

Click on your user profile in the top right of your screen and choose “View / Add Proxy Access.” This optional feature allows you, the student, to give access to individuals to view selected areas of your self-service. You will have the opportunity to view selected access options before you confirm. You can revoke or change this access at any time.

Step 3

On this page, you may view and edit any active proxy users you have already set up and choose from a dropdown list to grant proxy access to new users under “Add a Proxy.”

Step 4

If you do not see the name of the person that you would like to select as a proxy user, please contact Ellen Pyle to request that she establish a proxy user relationship for you. Note that this may take 2-3 business days.

Step 5

Once you have selected the name of a new proxy user, check that the email address and relationship for the proxy user are correct, and then grant either complete or selected access to the areas that you would like the proxy user to see.

Step 6

Click SAVE when you are satisfied with the access you have granted to the proxy user. The proxy user will receive an email with a username and a separate email with a temporary PIN. You will receive a copy of the email sent to the proxy user notifying them of their access. The new proxy user will now be listed under “Active Proxies,” where you will see the active proxy’s access, their relationship to you, the date you granted the access and a link to edit this proxy user.

Click on the pencil icon next to the proxy user to edit or remove access.
